Intro to the first unit:
- We start with a video clip and some cartoons that expose our everyday beliefs about error
- This launches you into an exercise that poses very simple situations and asks you to reflect on some questions
- The goal is to expose how people typically regard failure, hazard, and error and to expose the limits of those 'folk' models
- By completing this unit you will be primed and ready to go behind the label human error in the second unit
